OsteoPAF Teale Ltd is a friendly, professional, family-run practice that has been established in Hastings for over 30 years. Our aim is to provide an accurate musculoskeletal/medical diagnosis and relieve symptoms and bring you back to optimum health as quickly as possible.

Covid-19   We remain open to see patients.

As from Monday 8th June, we will start seeing non-urgent patients. Paul Teale will return to work.

We will be triaging patients over the phone before they are allowed to present for their appointment. We will be asking about any contact with known coronavirus patients, and asking about any respiratory symptoms.
We will be scanning patients for high temperature on arrival. Any patients with a temperature higher than 37.8C will not be treated on the day.
All patients will be required to wear a mask, bring their own pillow and blanket or large bath towel to protect the plinth. This makes it easier to sanitise the plinth between patients.

We will maintain a high standard of hygiene in our clinical areas.  We also aim to have an empty waiting area when you arrive.

The current guidelines from the Institute of Osteopathy indicate we should be doing a risk benefit analysis on each patient prior to any contact.

We currently have two fully qualified osteopaths working at OsteoPAF Teale Ltd, meaning that the practice is open 5 days a week. Osteopathic treatment can help many musculoskeletal injuries and a host of other common aches and pains.

If you would like to discuss whether you think osteopathic treatment can help you before you book an appointment please contact the receptionist and ask to speak to the osteopath, who will be able to advise you further. Short telephone consultations are free of charge.
